ICU轮转护士的心理压力分析及对策

【摘要】目的:了解ICU轮转护士的心理健康状况,提出干预对策。方法:用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对ICU轮转护士50人(试验组)和其他临床科室轮转护士50人(对照组)进行问卷调查。结果:试验组的SCL-90总分,阳性项目及躯体化,强迫症,焦虑,抑郁及恐怖等因子显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:ICU轮转护士压力较大,应采取有效的干预措施,帮助ICU轮转护士减轻和消除心理压力,以达到护理人员资源共享的目的。

【Abstract】Objective:ICU rotation of mental health nurses, raised Intervention.Methods:symptom checklist (SCL-90) of the ICU nurses rotate 50 (experimental group) and other nurses in 50 clinical departments rotation (control group) conducted a questionnaire survey.Results:experimental group SCL-90 total score, the positive items, and somatization, obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety, depression and terror and other factors were significantly higher (P<0.01).Conclusion:ICU nurses stressful cycle, should take effective intervention measures to help reduce the ICU rotation and stress of nurses to meet the nursing staff resource sharing purposes.
